4 eggs

150 g granulated sugar

0.5 tsp nutmeg

0.5 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp of french brandy, Cognac

30 ml whiskey/bourbon

190 ml whole milk

130 g double cream

RECIPE STEPS

Crack the eggs into the blender jug and turn the dial to speed 4. Press AUTO and blend for 30 seconds.

Remove the measuring cap and pour in the sugar, replace cap, press AUTO and blend for 20 seconds.
  • 150 g granulated sugar

Remove lid and add the spices, bourbon, cognac, milk and double cream. Replace lid and turn the dial to the SMOOTHIE setting and press AUTO.
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of french brandy, Cognac
  • 30 ml whiskey/bourbon
  • 190 ml whole milk
  • 130 g double cream

Place the blender jug in the fridge or alternatively pour the mixture into and airtight container and refrigerate for a day to allow the flavours to combine.

To serve, blend the mixture again in the blender for 10 seconds on speed 4 until combined. Top with nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
