4 eggs

1 slice of raw ham

1 tbsp creme fraiche

4 sprigs of chives

Break the eggs into 4 ramekins.
  • 4 eggs

Cut the slice of ham into 4 strips lengthwise. Put 1 strip of ham in each ramekin. Add 1 tsp. of fresh cream.
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche
  • 1 slice of raw ham

Distribute the previously chopped chives over the 4 ramekins.
  • 4 sprigs of chives

Steam cook for 4 to 8 minutes at 100 °C. Serve with country bread.
