RECIPE STEPS

Wash and roughly chop the fennel.
Wash the mint leaves.

Process 6 of the mint leaves with the fennel using the Juice filter. Set the juice aside.

Halve the oranges and juice using the grey cone (for large citrus fruits) with the Citrus Press. Or, if you prefer, peel and halve the oranges then pass them through the Juice filter.

Mix the 2 juices and serve immediately. Decorate with the remaining mint leaves.
