Add 165 ml water and the yeast into the metal bowl then run the programme.
The programme will stop after one minute.

Add the ingredients into the metal bowl then press Auto to finish the programme.
- 300 g of strong bread flour
- 20 ml of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 40 g sundried tomato
- 3 tsp of dried thyme

Transfer the ball of dough from the bowl to a deep dish. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draughts.

Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Shape the dough by hand into sausages that are 1 cm in diameter and 10 cm in length. Transfer them onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Bake for 10 minutes for soft breadsticks and 15 to 20 minutes for crunchy breadsticks.
