Food processor, mini bowl, midi bowl, 2mm slicing or Julienne disc.

2 people

2 tsp dijon mustard

3 tbsp olive oil

1.5 tsp honey

0.25 tsp salt

0.25 tsp pepper

1 spring onion

2 tbsp parsley

500 g carrot

RECIPE STEPS

Let's make the dressing first. Using the food processor mini bowl and mini blade, add all ingredients except the carrots and process until smooth. Set mini bowl aside when finished.

Take the midi bowl and process the carrots using the 2mm slicing or Julienne disc. Transfer the carrots into your serving bowl and toss with the dressing.
