0.5 sachet of dry baker's yeast (3 g)

100 ml of water

200 g of rice flour

4 g of salt

1 tsp of oregano

35 ml of oil

Add the yeast into the 100ml water and stir with a fork until fully dissolved. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt, oregano, oil and dissolved yeast into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Switch on the machine and run for 30 seconds until the dough forms a ball.

  • 4 g of salt
  • 1 tsp of oregano

With floured hands, transfer the dough to a large bowl and cover with cling film. Leave to rise for approximately 30 minutes.

At the end of the first rise, knock back the dough by giving it a few gentle punches. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and then transfer it onto a baking tray that has been lightly oiled or lined with baking paper.

Spread the dough with your fingers to stretch it, then leave it to prove for another 30 minutes. The pizza dough is then ready to use.
