300 g goat cheese

1 knob butter

2 slices streaky bacon

1.5 tbsp olive oil

300 ml milk

4 tbsp of crème fraîche

2 leeks

4 eggs

100 g cornflour

Tips

You can slice the leeks in the food processing bowl, with the midi bowl and the 4 mm slicing disc. You can also divide the mixture and bake in individual ramekins (if so, adjust the cooking time).

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Wash and roughly chop the leeks. Brown the leeks with a large knob of butter for 10 minutes until they become soft.

Put the milk and cheese into the metal bowl and run the program.

Generously butter an ovenproof dish. Arrange the bacon and the leeks at the bottom of the dish then pour the milk/cheese mixture on top. Bake for 35 minutes of cooking until risen and golden.

Serve warm with a mixed leaf or spinach salad.
