
Harissa




250 g of red pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp of coriander
5 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cumin
Transfer the harissa to a small jar with a lid and cover with 3 tablespoons of olive oil: prepared in this way, the harissa can be stored for several weeks in the refrigerator.
