RECIPE STEPS

In the large transparent bowl equipped with the large metal knife, blend the chocolate squares in AUTO mode for 15 seconds.
Fold in using the spatula, add the walnuts and hazelnuts and restart the blending for another 15 seconds.
- 25 g of dark chocolate
- 15 g of nuts
- 15 g of hazelnuts

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together, folding if necessary, until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- 50 g of oat flakes
- 2 tbsp of oat bran
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of almond powder
- 2 tbsp of agave syrup
- 2 tbsp of seed mix

On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly to about 1 cm thickness.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Allow it to cool completely in order to solidify everything, then break the cooled slab into pieces.
Store in an airtight container and consume as a snack, or as part of a sports training regimen.
