4 salmon fillets

2 tbsp mirin, japanese sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

RECIPE STEPS

Place Salmon fillets & greens of choice into the steamer. Steam at 80 degrees for 8-10min.

Place sauce ingredients into a small saucepan & simmer for 10min.

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Serve Salmon with rice, steamed greens & sticky sauce.
