1 L of chicken broth

2 tbsp of liquid honey

4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

30 g of dried figs

Peel the carrots and roughly chop them. Put them in the metal bowl with the peeled shallots and run the program.

Remove the lamb and strain the juice from the metal bowl with a sieve, pressing well with the back of a spoon (especially to recover the flesh of the confit garlic). Set aside.

Put the lamb back in the metal bowl, coat them with honey and run the program.
