RECIPE STEPS

Mix the water and the cane sugar (or maple) syrup.
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml cane sugar (or maple) syrup

Squeeze the lemon using the Citrus Press fitted with the yellow cone (for small citrus fruits).]
Add the juice to the water and sugar syrup.
Clean the mint leaves and add them to the mixture.
- 4 lime
- 20 leaves fresh mint

Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and leave them in the freezer for at least 3 hours.

When the ice cubes have frozen, pass them through the Juice filter and collect the granita in the basket.
Serve immediately in glasses. Garnish with crushed almonds and enjoy!
