125 g yoghurt

2 tbsp coconut chips

3 tsp granola

1 tsp acacia honey

8 raspberries

Wash and cut open the dragon fruit. Scoop out the flesh with a melon baller.

Toast the coconut chips in a pan over a medium heat, until they are golden.

Peel the banana and process it using the Extra Press along with the peeled and sliced mango. Collect the purée in a bowl.
