In the metal bowl, place the butter, the egg and the sugar and run the program.

Incorporate the dry ingredients: the flour, the matcha, the baking powder, the chocolate in pieces, and the salt.
Run the program.
- 180 g of plain flour
- 2 tsp of green matcha tea powder
- 0.5 tsp of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g of dark chocolate

Using a spoon, drop dough balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
Space them out well, as they will slightly spread during baking.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 °C.
The cookies should be slightly golden on the edges and still soft in the center.
Let them cool for a few minutes on the tray before transferring them to a rack.
