Soak bread in milk
- 50 g of bread
- 50 g of milk

In the stainless-steel bowl, add parsley and garlic.
Use PULSE button (on any mode) to chop.

Add beef mince, soaked bread (squeeze out excess milk), eggs, salt and pepper.
On EXPERT mode, press AUTO.
Gradually increase the speed until you’re happy with how it looks.

Form mixture into balls and place on internal steaming basket.
Stacking them on top of each other is fine.

Place onion in stainless steel bowl.
On EXPERT mode, press AUTO.
Gradually increase speed until onions and garlic are chopped to your desired consistency.

Add olive oil.
Set to 3 mins, speed 3, 100C.

When finished, add tomato purée, white wine, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 120 ml of white wine (optional)
- 680 g of tomato
- 1 tsp of oregan
- 1 pinch of salt

Place steaming basket with meatballs into the stainless-steel bowl.
On EXPERT mode, set to 15mins, speed 3 on 120C.

A few minutes in, you will see the tomato sauce slowly coming through the steaming basket.

When the program finishes, take a meatball and check if it has cooked through.
You may opt to run the program for a few more minutes.
If the meatballs are cooked, add them into the tomato sauce in the bowl.

Serve on pasta, zoodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.

I used pork mince instead of beef. lots of garlic, chilli and Italian herbs including oregano. followed exactly as described. really easy and absolutely delicious. thanks
