2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 cloves garlic
2 carrots, diced
2 yellow potatoes, cubed
420 g of green lentils
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1.5 L water
2 veggie stock cube
100 g baby spinach
2 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
1 sprig parsley
