4 skinless chicken breast

600 ml salsa sauce

3 tsp taco seasoning

Place chicken fillets in Cocottte & sprinkle with Taco Seasoning.

Pour the salsa over the chicken.

Place lid on & cook for 2.5 hours, 110 degrees, using the Simmering function.

Once time is up remove chicken from Cocotte & shred with 2 forks.

Return shredded meat to pot & add remaining slasa.

Please on Simmer for a further 20min, 110 degrees, lid removed.

Can be served as Nachos, on steamed rice, as quesadillas. Add cheese, sour cream & avocado as an option.
