1 kg of Greek yoghurt

113.3 g raw honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

128 g mixed berries, fresh or frozen, pureed

64 g berries

RECIPE STEPS

Puree the mixed berries in a blender.
  • 128 g mixed berries, fresh or frozen, pureed

Place yoghurt, honey, vanilla & pureed berries into the Gelato Expert. Press the ice cream function.
  • 1 kg of Greek yoghurt
  • 113.3 g raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 128 g mixed berries, fresh or frozen, pureed

Add additional chopped berries, if using, approx. 20min after starting ice cream function. Serves 8+.

Made the frozen mixed berry yoghurt and it was very nice. The only issue I had towards the end I added some chopped strawberries but found the strawberries had gone icy in the ice-cream. CAN you please tell me what the temperature for the freezer should be upon freezing ice cream? Mine is set to minus 18 degrees.

Response from the Magimix team: Try adding the fruits later on to avoid freezing the fruit.
