RECIPE STEPS

Wash the vegetables. Peel the onions and zucchinis. Slice the zucchinis into rounds and the tomatoes in half. Pour a liter of water into the reservoir of the Steam Cooker, place the zucchinis and onions in a basket of the Steam Cooker, put the lid on, cook for 15 minutes at 100 °C. Let it drain.

During this time, prepare the parcels: cut four sheets of aluminum. On each one, place 1 slice of fish, half a tomato, 1 tbsp. of cream, 1 pinch of saffron, 1 tbsp. of chives, salt and pepper. When the vegetables are done cooking, add 1 onion and 1/4 of the zucchini slices to each parcel. Close, place in the steamer basket, cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 80 °C.
