1 vanilla pod

300 ml semi-skimmed milk

3 egg yolks

25 g cornflour (Maïzena®)

80 g sugar

100 g room temperature butter

Prepare a pastry cream (crème pâtissière, find the recipe on the application).
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 25 g cornflour (Maïzena®)
  • 80 g sugar

Wash the food processing bowl and fit the whisk. Pour in the pastry cream and blend for 10 seconds.

Run the machine for 30 seconds and gradually add the diced butter to emulsify the cream. Keep in the fridge.
