400 g mushrooms

6 tbsp cornflour (Maïzena®)

1 vegetable stock cube

1 L water

200 ml of crème fraîche

RECIPE STEPS

Blend the mushrooms in the food processing bowl, fitted with the main blade and the Blendermix attachment, for 5 minutes to obtain a smooth purée. Add into a pan.
  • 400 g mushrooms

Then mix the water, cornflour and salt. Add to the mushrooms. Cook over a medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 6 tbsp cornflour (Maïzena®)
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 L water

Pour into a soup bowl and add the crème fraîche.
  • 200 ml of crème fraîche

Stir and serve.
