2 kg of mussels

2 onions

500 ml of white wine

4 garlic cloves

In the steamer, mix 1/2 L of white wine and 1/2 L of water.

Cut the onions and tomatoes into quarters, arrange them in the 2 steam baskets.

Clean the mussels properly and place them in the baskets.
