500 ml whole milk

75 g sugar

6 egg yolk

1 vanilla pod

Place the milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla pod in the stainless steel bowl and start the programme.

Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.

In the Gelato Expert, pour 35 ml of alcohol (the equivalent of an espresso cup) minimum 60 °.

Transfer the preparation to the removable tank of the Gelato and start the Ice Cream programme.

After 15-20 minutes, add to it the slightly broken oreos, they will automatically freeze with the ice.
