RECIPE STEPS

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Place the pistachios on a tray and roast them in the oven for a few minutes.
In the meantime, melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Lower the oven to 180 °C.
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 200 g of pistachios

In the transparent bowl equipped with the metal knife, reduce the pistachios to a paste.
Add the melted butter, flour, eggs and sugar and run the program.
- 75 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 130 g of plain flour

Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for 8 minutes.

Once out of the oven, sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
