2 medium onion, sliced

4 garlic cloves, sliced

10 medium sized potatoes

750 ml chicken stock

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

14 g thyme, finely chopped

100 g butter

Tips

You can use your 2mm slicing disc to slice the onions and garlic if desired.

RECIPE STEPS

Pre heat your oven to 185C

In the bottom of a baking dish lay the sliced onion & garlic.
  • 2 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced

Using the spiraliser attachment with your Magimix Cook Expert or food processor, spiralise your potatoes & lay them into the baking dish.
  • 10 medium sized potatoes

Add the chicken stock only until the entire bottom of the baking tray is covered. Season with salt and pepper and top with thyme, & butter
  • 750 ml chicken stock

Pop into the oven for 45 min to an hour (or until golden & crispy on top)

this is a lovely and very tasty dish - made for a dinner party and was an instant hit. Prepared two dishes one with no garlic for the garlic averse (!) but both were amazing.
