Really easy to make and it is the third recipe I have made in the CE. It is very tasty and the end result is excellent. A few comments: as a meal for two people this would easily serve four adults with generous appetites as a main and eight as a starter. I am not sure that 400g of mushrooms is correct and I put in 200g which seemed more than sufficient. Will make again but invite two more hungry people to join us.
