50 g cashew nut

50 g almonds

125 g dates

30 g coconut

15 g cocoa

1 pinch salt

40 g coconut oil

15 g peanut butter

10 g maple syrup

RECIPE STEPS

Place dry ingredients into blender. Blend on speed 3 until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Use spatula to mix if required.
  • 50 g cashew nut
  • 50 g almonds
  • 125 g dates
  • 30 g coconut
  • 15 g cocoa
  • 1 pinch salt

Add remaining ingredients & continue to blend, speed 3, until combined.
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 15 g peanut butter
  • 10 g maple syrup

Once combined, roll tablespoon amounts of mixture into a ball & roll in coconut. Place in fridge to set. Store in fridge.
