Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Pour 0.5 L of water into the metal bowl and set up the steam basket.
Put the pumpkin cubes in it and run the program.

At the end of the program, empty the water from the metal bowl and set aside the pumpkin.

Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
Put the ingredients in the metal bowl then run the program.
- 150 g of plain flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
- 4 eggs
- 75 g of gruyère
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Cut the blue cheese into small cubes. Add the pumpkin cubes and the blue cheese cubes into the metal bowl.
To mix well, run the program again.
- 250 g of peeled pumpkin
- 150 g of french blue cheese

Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Check the cooking with the tip of a knife: it should come out dry.

Extend the cooking time if needed.
Let it cool on a rack.
