500 g of steamed pumpkin

360 g of condensed milk

3 eggs

1 tbsp of corn starch

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of nutmeg

1 tsp of ground ginger

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of white pepper

1 tbsp of honey

15 g of nuts

RECIPE STEPS

Combine all ingredients (except honey and nuts) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • 500 g of steamed pumpkin
  • 360 g of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of corn starch
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of white pepper

Adjust spice if desired and leave in freezer for 1 hour to cool.

Place mixture into Gelato Expert and press GELATO function.

The gelato is ready to serve when the light begins to flash.

Serve with honey & nuts if desired.
