400 g bottle gourd

50 g feta

20 ml olive oil

4 tsp cumin powder

2 tsp coriander

RECIPE STEPS

Brush the half butternut squash with a little oil and some pepper. Put it in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
  • 400 g bottle gourd

Scoop out the flesh of the pumpkin from the skin and put this together with the remaining ingredients in the microwave or food processor and blend until it becomes a spread.

  • 50 g feta
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 4 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander

Add some extra spices to taste.
