30 ml vegetable oil

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

3 tsp thai red curry paste

750 g pumpkin

1 vegetable stock cube

600 ml water

400 ml coconut milk

1 tbsp fish sauce

Peel and quater the onion, add to the metal bowl with the oil and peeled garlic cloves. Run EXPERT 05:00/3/120c Immediately increase the speed to 12, to chop the onion, then reduce speed back to 3.

At the end of the programme, add the Tahi red curry paste and pumpkin, repeat EXPERT 05:00/3/120c

  • 750 g pumpkin

Add all the other ingredients. Run CREAMED SOUP 30:00/auto/110c
