250 ml red wine

30 g cornflour

1 vanilla pod

600 g frozen red berries

4 tbsp sugar

5 egg yolks

60 g caster sugar

0.5 vanilla pod

350 ml whole milk

Tips

This red berry compote is delicious drizzled over ice cream.

RECIPE STEPS

Use a fork to mix the cornflour with 50ml red wine in a small bowl.

Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds.

Put the remaining red wine, the cornflour-wine mixture and the other ingredients into the metal bowl. Run the program.

Add the lemon juice and stir with a spatula.

Fit the metal bowl with the whisk. Put the ingredients into the bowl, remove the cap and run the program.
