250 g of frozen red fruits

30 g of sugar

1 tbsp of lemon juice

Tips

Perfect on vanilla, yogurt, or pistachio ice cream. This coulis will keep for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight jar. You can also freeze it in small portions!

RECIPE STEPS

In a saucepan, put the red fruits, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • 250 g of frozen red fruits
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Heat over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly. The fruits should soften slightly and the sugar dissolve.

Finely blend using the Micro mini-chopper or Magimix blender.

Strain through a sieve if you want a very smooth coulis (optional, especially for raspberries and redcurrants).

Let it cool or chill before topping your ice cream.
