800 g raw salmon

2 lemon

4 tbsp olive oil

1 bunch chives

4 tbsp capers

2 onions

1 bell pepper

Peel the onions. Roughly chop the chives. Set aside.

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade, add the onions and pulse 3 times.

Remove the seeds and the white pith from the pepper then roughly chop it.

Add the pepper into the bowl. Pulse 4 times.

Cut the salmon into large pieces. Add the capers, chives and the salmon into the bowl. Pulse 4 times.

Open the lid, pour the olive oil and the lemon juice. Season with pepper. Pulse 1-2 times.
