250 g sugar

4 eggs

1 lemon

1 tbsp icing sugar

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Add the sugar to the metal bowl and run the program.

Zest the lemon. Remove the cap from the lid and run the program. While the program is running, add the zest through the opening.

Pour the mixture into a greased pie pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Leave to cool.

Remove from the pan and decorate with icing sugar using a Cross of Saint James stencil.
