1 large brown onion, peeled and halved

2 garlic cloves, peeled and germ removed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 kg mince

2 large potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes

2 large carrots

700 g passata

50 g tomato paste

40 g worcestershire sauce

30 g beef stock powder

10 g cracked black pepper

1 tbsp sugar (or sweetener)

96 g frozen peas

96 g of frozen sweetcorn

RECIPE STEPS

Place onion & garlic in metal bowl. Press the "PULSE" button. Scrape down bowl & repeat if required. Then, add oil, and give the instructions to your Cook Expert - 3 min / 3 / 120 degrees.

After that add passata, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, stock, pepper & sugar in with the cooked onion and garlic.

Place steamer basket into metal bowl, and put diced potatoes & carrots in there.

Then put mince into XXL Steamer and spread evenly. Place XXL Steamer onto metal bowl, lock into place and cover. Give the instructions to your Cook Expert - 15 min/ 1A / 120 degrees. Once the timer is up, check mince, stir if required, and change the instructions to - 10 min / 1A / 120 degrees.

Add corn and peas over the top of the mince. Give new instructions - 5 min/ 1A / 120 degrees. Once cooked through, combine all ingredients into a heat proof bowl.

Serve over rice, potato, sweet mash or use it as a pie mix. Enjoy!

This was really good. It took around 50 mins to cook the mince and vegetables properly but the flavour was great.
