8 eggs

300 g double cream

1 diced tomato

75 g dided button mushroom

1 shallot sliced

50 g diced ham

50 g diced feta

50 g grated cheddar

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Whisk eggs & cream together. Season to taste.
  • 8 eggs
  • 300 g double cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Divide mixture evenly into 4 small bowls.

Add approx. 1 tbsp of each of the ingredients of choice.

Place the bowls into the steamer. Steam at 100 degrees for 20min. Serve immediately.
