1 kg of shrimps

3 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tbsp of curry powder

2 cm of ginger

250 g of coconut milk

5 slices of pineapple

50 ml of pineapple juice

1 tbsp of cornstarch

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper
