3 cloves garlic, germs removed

1 brown onion

4 sprigs oregano, dried is also ok

4 sprigs thyme, dried is also ok

1 tbsp capers

188 g pitted olives

5 tomatoes, quartered and deseeded

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

250 g couscous

250 ml boiling water
