700 g rump or sirloin steak

2 shallots

2 red onions

4 tbsp capers

1 bunch chives

1 bunch flat-leaf parsley

Tips

Delicious served with a salad and homemade french fries. You can also serve it with Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup and Tabasco®.

RECIPE STEPS

Wash and gently dry the parsley. Put it in the food processing bowl with the metal blade and pulse a few times.

Peel and quarter the onions and shallots. Add them to the bowl and pulse 5 times.

Cut the meat into pieces and chop the chives. Add the meat to the bowl, along with the capers and chives. Pulse a few times. The meat should be minced, not mashed.
