Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

Wrap the ball of dough in clingfilm and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Heat the oven to 180 °C.

Roll out the dough, on a floured surface, to a thickness of 0.5cm.

Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough and transfer the cookies onto a lined baking tray.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

The cookies are done when they are golden in colour.

excellent cookies, I used animals cookie cutters and turned out perfect. my grandson love it.
