200 g of mayonnaise

4 cornichons

2 tbsp capers

1 new onion

2 tbsp of parsley

2 tbsp of chives

2 tbsp of chervil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Blend the pickles, capers, onion and herbs in the mini bowl equipped with the metal knife. Set aside the mixture and replace the metal knife with the emulsifier accessory.
  • 4 cornichons
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 new onion
  • 2 tbsp of parsley
  • 2 tbsp of chives
  • 2 tbsp of chervil

Prepare the mayonnaise.
