300 g mayonnaise

4 cornichons

1 spring onion

2 tbsp capers

1 sprig parsley

1 sprig chives

3 leaves chervil

Tips

Delicious served with steak tartare, fish or fondue.

Mix the gherkins, capers, onion and herbs in the mini bowl. Set aside the mixture.
