In the metal bowl, pour boiling water up to 3/4 of the bowl's capacity. Run the program so that the water simmers.

Pour the penne into the internal steamer basket, dip it into the metal bowl, add a pinch of salt and restart the program by removing the cap to prevent the starch from overflowing.

Once the cooking is finished, retrieve the steamer basket to drain the pasta. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pasta, some butter, a pinch of pepper and mix.

In the metal bowl, place the onion and garlic cloves.
Run the program.

Fold the mixture into the center, add a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, basil, tomato sauce, sugar to cut the acidity, salt and pepper.
Run the program.

- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of sugar

Once the cooking is finished, add the pasta to the metal bowl.
Add the cream and mix.

Divide the pasta into a large serving dish and place the burrata on top. Enjoy.
