400 g of penne

1 knob of butter

2 tbsp of paprika

1 handful basil

4 tbsp of tomato sauce

100 g of cream

3 garlic cloves

1 onion

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of sugar

200 g of burrata

In the metal bowl, pour boiling water up to 3/4 of the bowl's capacity. Run the program so that the water simmers.

Pour the penne into the internal steamer basket, dip it into the metal bowl, add a pinch of salt and restart the program by removing the cap to prevent the starch from overflowing.

Once the cooking is finished, retrieve the steamer basket to drain the pasta. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pasta, some butter, a pinch of pepper and mix.

Fold the mixture into the center, add a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, basil, tomato sauce, sugar to cut the acidity, salt and pepper. Run the program.
