240 g of bulgur wheat

1 tsp of cumin

1 tsp of paprika

1 pinch of cayenne pepper

40 g of olive oil

4 spring onions

10 stalks of parsley

150 g of mint

150 g of cucumber

100 g of red pepper

100 g of tomato

25 g of yellow lemon juice

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Put the water, tomato concentrate and salt in the metal bowl. Run the program.
