750 g chicken thighs

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tbsp paprika

30 g onion powder

2 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic gloves

125 g sliced sundried tomatoes

2 tbsp dijon mustard

100 ml chicken stock

300 ml of crème fraîche

90 g baby spinach

100 g parmesan cheese

RECIPE STEPS

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika & onion powder.
  • 750 g chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 30 g onion powder

Add oil to the cocotte, using saute function allow to heat for I minute. Add chicken & sear on both sides, approx. 3-4 minutes each side.

Sauté 15:00 / / 140°C

Add sundried & garlic and stir for 30 seconds or until just fragrant. Add mustard & chicken stock & stir through.

Using the Simmering function, allow to cook at 110 degrees for 3 hours.

When cooking time is finished add the cream & cook for a further 15min.
  • 300 ml of crème fraîche
Simmering 15:00 / / 110°C

Stir through baby spinach & parmesan. Dinner is ready when spinach has wilted & cheese has melted through.
  • 90 g baby spinach
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Serve on pasta or rice.

I used a light sour cream and lightly chopped chicken breast. I had to add a little extra water during the cooking time which made the chicken soft to eat. it seemed a little salty for my taste but other than that, it was very tasty. thank you😀
