125 g of plain yogurt

200 g of plain flour

180 g of sugar

50 g of almond powder

100 g of canola oil

3 eggs

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

0.5 sachet of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Put the yogurt, flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, almond powder, and oil in the metal bowl, close the lid and then run the program.
  • 125 g of plain yogurt
  • 200 g of plain flour
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 50 g of almond powder
  • 100 g of canola oil
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
  • 0.5 sachet of baking powder

While the program is running, remove the cap from the lid and add the eggs one by one through the opening.

At the end of the program, pour the contents of the metal bowl into a previously buttered and floured cake mold.

Bake for about 30 minutes depending on your oven. Check the cake is cooked properly by inserting a knife blade: it is well cooked when it comes out dry. Let it cool before tasting!
