200 g caster sugar

200 g self-raising flour

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Weigh all the ingredients into the metal bowl of the Food Processor.

Run FOOD PROCESSOR until the batter is fully combined and smooth. Press STOP.

Use the spatula to scape all of the cake batter into a parchment lined cake tin.

Bake for 25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean at 180˚C.
