225 ml of water

200 g of brown flour

125 g of trong bread flour

30 g agave syrup

1 tsp of salt

75 g of roalled oats

Add 225ml water and the yeast into the metal bowl and run the programme.

Add the remaining ingredients (except the oats) in the order that they are listed into the metal bowl. Run the programme.
  • 125 g of trong bread flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 200 g of brown flour
  • 30 g agave syrup

The programme will stop after one minute. Add the rolled oats and press Auto to finish the programme.

Place the dough into a a cake tin lined with baking paper. Cover with a damp cloth and leave the dough to rise 1 hour at room temperature and away from draughts.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
