Peel the sweet potato and rinse the quinoa several times. Cut the sweet potato into medium-sized pieces.

In the metal bowl, pour 260 ml of water and the quinoa, then stir so that the grains are well submerged in the water.

Once the cooking is finished, pour the sweet potato into a bowl and roughly mash it with a fork. Then add the quinoa and mix everything together with the fork.
